When the user interface of a computer program is well-designed, its use is straightforward and requires very little training or support. The program also does not wear out or change over time. Therefore, the traditional need for technical support and user guidance in the software industry is minimal.

However, in a factory environment, factors can affect the software’s operation and change its operating conditions. Conditions change, and equipment wears out. Sometimes products, production principles, and production equipment also change.

For these reasons, we offer a maintenance agreement for our software, which covers monthly checks and a certain amount of possible minor modifications and remote support.

For larger changes, we are happy to provide a separate quotation.
